1 & 2 bedroom apartments at Navigation House, Hamm Moor Lane, Addlestone

Navigation House takes its name from the Wey Navigation, a canal constructed in the 17th Century based on an idea by Sir Richard Weston using red Tudor brick from the palace at Oatlands which was destroyed during the Civil War.

Addlestone derives its name from the Anglo-Saxon occupation of ‘’Aetells Dene’’ and is first documented in 1241. Its most famous landmark is the ‘’Crouch Oak’’ which is reputed to be over 1000 years old and marked the boundary of Windsor Forest. The apartments are situated within a few minutes walk of Addlestone railway station which provides quick and easy access to London Waterloo in approximately 45 minutes. In addition, just a few minutes drive away is the London Road A30 as well as junction 11 of the M25 Orbital motorway, offering convenient access to the M3 and M4.

Addlestone is a small but thriving town with shops which include high street names such as Tesco and small specialist shops selling a diverse range of products. Addlestone is also ideally located for access to the larger towns of Woking, Guildford, Staines and Kingston which between them offer a huge choice of shopping and leisure facilities. A short and pleasant walk along the canal brings one to the well known and attractive town of Weybridge with its variety of riverside pubs and restaurants. The town is frequented by many of the local celebrity residents and there can be few more desirable places to wile away a Sunday afternoon at any time of the year.

For those of a supporting nature the area is extremely well served. The famous golf course of Wentworth and St Georges Hill are both close at hand as well as Foxhills Golf and Country Club, David Lloyd Health Club and the public leisure centres at Walton and Woking. Rowing is available on the River Thames and the Wey Navigation and Fairoaks Airport in Ottershaw provides for those wishing to fly either for business or pleasure.
